Nido de Amor, located in South Akumal, is a spacious villa on the beach with air conditioning throughout the home, a gorgeous ocean side swimming pool and a tiled and furnished rooftop observation deck. At Nido de Amor, you will find a remarkable view of the Caribbean and South Akumal Bay. This villa has three airy bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, as well as two kitchens, two dining rooms, and two living rooms, one on each level of the villa. Pets are NOT allowed.

A grand swimming pool is located just off of the main living room downstairs with a wrap-around patio offering a great outdoor seating and dining area. The shallow end of the pool has a swim up pool bar with tiled seats that sit in the water where you can take in beautiful views of the ocean while sipping on a tropical drink. The deep end of this pool has a large tiled inlay of a turtle at the bottom and reaches over nine feet featuring a diving board for some fun in the sun splashing. The ticul marble work around the pool and detail craftsmanship is superb adding an elegant and comfortable feeling for those outdoor dinners. Around the corner from the pool is a tiled built in grill that would entice any master griller to hold a poolside barbecue.
For those who want to relax and enjoy the tastes of Mexico, Villa Nido de Amor also offers a cook upon request. The meals will be cooked right there in your villa and served indoors or outdoors without the hassle of any clean up. This is an experience you do not want to miss! The entrance to Nido de Amor features towering royal palms in the middle of a lush garden area. On this side of the villa you will find more seating under a palapa bar with wooden stools and an inlayed mosaic table top, perfect for hanging out after a long day in the sun.

The first floor of this villa has a large kitchen stocked to make any experienced cook comfortable with a dining area and half bath just off to the side. The sunken living room, right off the kitchen and dining area, gives way to a wall of glass doors overlooking the pool. This is a wonderful spot to wind down at night after a long day of sightseeing and enjoy the soft colorful fiberobtic lighting of the pool. On the first floor you will also find a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom. This bedroom has its own entrance from the street side and sliding glass doors to the pool and patio.

The second floor of Nido de Amor has its own kitchen, dining room and living room area convenient for large groups. The large master bedroom on this floor boasts a grand view of the ocean bay with a furnished balcony that wraps around the beach side of the villa. This bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom is also on this level with a queen bed and a private street side entrance. This guest bedroom has its own private bathroom and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony with views overlooking South Akumal Bay.

The third floor of Nido de Amor is the rooftop observation deck where you can enjoy morning coffee as the sun rises or some cool drinks under a star filled sky. Here you can sit under the umbrella covered rooftop lounge chairs and table and get your full dose of paradise on the Caribbean.
